Im wondering, alot of ppl are talking about this VitC serum and glycolic acid...what is it exactly, and does really work on wrinkles and give skin its elasticity back? I have ben using VitE cream, and other creams...no results what so ever...what can i use to get rid of wrinkles under my eyes also...?
Is it possible to buy these products in drug stores or cosmetic stores, more specifically in Montreal, Canada...cuz alot of stuff u guys buy are online. Im looking for a good VitC Serum i can buy here. Im very confused about all these skin care products and pretty much new to this...taking whatever ppl advice me to use and not seeing any results so far...im so desperate. So plzzz help!

Vitamin C serums will help firm, retexture, and even out your skin tone. As well as protect it from free radical damage that causes premature aging. EDS has lots of lines that sell a C product here (Janson Beckett, Cellular Skin Rx, Vivier). You can order from them. They are in Vancouver, I believe.

Glycolic acids loosen up dead skin cells so they can be removed and show the fresher skin underneath. If you use a glycolic acid product first, then the C can penetrate more deeply and be more effective.

Creams in general will not do much for your skin except moisturize it. It's the creams that contain ingredients like tretinoin (Retin-A) or retinol, matrixyl, AHAs, etc that will make a difference. Vitamin C is more effective than E as an antioxidant for use on your skin so maybe you should try a C instead of the E.
