Hi folks,
I am a new comer here and I am very happy to see such an interesting forum. Seems like there's not much talk about the brand that I am using. I am a sothys user... Been through most of their products already and some are really fantastic products ! I would like to chip in to give a review with the Sothys hydroptimale mask.
My esthetician has recommended it to me when I first started using sothys. I had dehydrated skin and I have been faithfully following instructions, leaving it on my face for 10 minutes before removing it. It has been working fine for 2 years till recently as my skin starts to misbehave and seems to lose moisture rapidly especially in my aircon office, think it may also probably due to the late nights while mugging for my exams. I have fine lines running down my nose, across my forehead and dry spots on my cheeks! I am so depressed as I tried many moisture masks but none of them worked ! Fine lines plagued me till my esthetician told me to try leaving a thin layer of the mask on my face overnight. She didn't recommend this method to me when I first started as I had very sensitive skin, but my condition has since improved alot. I did what she said but I was not expecting much till I saw the result the next morning. I was really pleased !!! All my fine lines due to dehydration are gone and my skin look more "alive" than it's has for awhile ! In fact, my colleagues noticed that I am glowing and asked if I went for my facial the day before... For the price of the mask, I can afford to look like I went for facial everyday !!
So folks out there with dehydrated skin should really give this mask a try !! It's great at hydrating, does not clog pores and suitable for people with sensitive skin like mine !! |

I LOVE Sothys as well!!!
Is this suitable for combination skin? My skin is really dehydrated from winter weather, heater at home and aircon. at work---YUCK!
What other Sothy's products have you tried? |

Hi Thoughtcrime,
Sorry for the late reply. Good to know someone here like Sothys as well !! I also have combination skin like you. The mask is good for all skin type. Maybe you can get a sample and try it too.
I have tried many of their products, from oil control to anti-aging...:P
