i want to start using these few products daily, but am not sure about the order in which they should be applied and which should be used in the morning or night. since some products can counteract others, i want to get a sensible routine going.
1. Super Cop
- highly concentrated copper peptides. i'm using this all over my face and also using it on small flat moles elsewhere on my body.
2. Dove Intensive Firming Cream
- i'm using this on my butt and thighs. however, this is where some of the moles are.
3. Retin-A Micro
- not for acne, but rather for keratosis pilaris. i've heard about this being great for such a problem. but the KP is on my thighs and calves.
4. Vit. C Serum
- for face, but there are moles on my face that i'm treating with the copper peptides. i know about using vit c in the morning and CPs at night.
*i'm thinking about purchasing Bio Oil for acne scars, regular scars, and stretch marks. how could i incorporate this? am i just going overboard? |

I'm not going to much help I'm afraid, but regarding the bio oil, I can't imagine it would do much for stretch marks. I could be wrong tho!! It's just I've tried it before on small acne scars on my face and as far as I can remember it didn't really do much, apart from block my pores and give me more spots!!
I'm actually having a little read through the threads myself regarding CP's and stretch marks, so if your also using CP's already, that might be a route to look into.
