Hey,
Ive seen alot of topics about zinc being reallllyyy good for your skin, so do they come in pills or what do they come in?, and how much mg should i get? im a 15 yr old male. are the doses different in winter/summer weather? (warm, cold etc...) im still taking 150mg clindamyicin pills also.

Also, is drinking green tea everyday in the morning good for your skin?

Zinc is especially good for males (every time a male ejaculates he loses Zinc Shock )
You do not really need different doses for summer and winter, I tend to take higher doses in the winter as my body becomes more run down.
I buy Zinc in tablet form from the local health shop, but it is widely available and can be purchased from over the internet.
25mg is a good starting dose, especially for a male of your age, then reduce down to 15mg a day. Although if you eat a healthy diet ful of foods rich in Zinc (nuts) then 15mg a day should be sufficeint.

Yes Yes Yes drinking green tea in the morning every day is fantastic Very Happy I drink s**t loads of green tea, as I am not too keen on the taste I like the combined teas: green tea with peppermint or green tea with blackcurrent, again widely available.

hmmm, where can i get these zinc tablets? someone link me, and i will also look at my local drug store.

so do 25mg (once a day) for about 2 months then knock it down to 15mg (once a day)?

i actually really like just 100% green tea, its pretty good in the morning after eating a waffle w/ syrup Smile

I don't see why not, take one a day for a couple of weeks and see how you get on, 50mg is a high dose and should be fine for a short term intake but I would recomend taking a smaller dose long term.

this is a bit off topic...
I was wondering if the brewed GT is better or the one in the powder form?
i find the GT in powder form (matcha) tastes better...
