Mom bought 50mg, im probably going to take those for a week or two, then cut them in half (25mg) do that for 1-2months then probably go out and buy 15mg... how does this sound?  |

Personally I would take the 50mg every day and not bother cutting them in half, don't worry this dose won't harm you, in fact as you are 15 you will need higher vitamin/mineral doses as your body is still developing.
My SO takes well over 50mg a day (his skin is fantastic  ) |
