I think some have recommended the Phytomer Lift Contour eye cream for bags before. I haven't used it myself so I can't recommend it based on personal experience. What type of skin does your mum have around the eye area? Dry? Normal? |

I've just started using the new PSF eye cream. It has a nice texture and absorbs well. It is said to be good for tightening. Ask (pm) Winnie or Crazyskin as they've been using it the longest. |

I'd take the last with a grain of salt. The ingredients are fine but you can get something from Jason probably with higher ALA and DMAE for about $20 for a larger size than they are give you for $110. This has been pushed strongly by two new posters before I bought it I'd pm users from a larger board such as MUA. |

my mum uses DermaDoctor's Wrinkle Revenge Rescue & Protect eye balm ... it's been helping a lot with her dark circles and eye bags ... lines are also softened. |
