So how is this different from loofahs and body scrubs? The unique fabric literally grabs and sloughs off dead skin cells from the skin’s surface and simply rolls it off for a deep exfoliating scrub. While using the mitt in the shower or bath, you will visibly see dead skin cells which appear like small rolls coming off, and will notice soft skin with an immediate smoothness and glow.

   Usage

- Soften your skin in shower, bath or steam room for 5-10 minutes without using any soap. We recommend doing it before you shampoo or deep condition. The less soapy, the more the mitt can exfoliate with friction.
- Squeeze out excess water from the mitt while stepping away from the water.
- Exfoliate vigorously, using upward and downward strokes until you see dead skin cells roll away. The more pressure you apply, the better the results.
- Moisturize afterwards as you’ll notice that your lotion or oil will be absorbed much better than before.

Recommended use every 2-4 weeks and replace mitt every 6 months.
