Usage

Take 3 capsules a day, 2 after breakfast and one following the evening meal.
You can take with liquid if you prefer.

Notes
This product is especially good for impure skin with tendencies to enlarged pores, blemishes and acne skin.
Please note that the capsules are gelatine and are therefore unsuitable for vegetarians. You can however, remove the powder from the capsules and take in water.
The cereals contained within this product are wheat, rye and oats making this product unsuitable for those with a wheat or gluten intolerance.

So Sorry I haven't been around as much! My computer is not working and we had to send it away for repairs :( so I use my husband's whenever he's in town!! Such a hassle as I really enjoy checking EDS every morning with my coffee. Sounds like you're doing just fine; I also posted on the other thread as well.
