So just an update - I am on night 11.
I have not been cheating at night with cream (except for eye cream )
Since September, I have been fighting these "bumps" (which I think was brought on by a change in skin type initated by Vit C unfortunately) and dry skin - when my skin used to be normal and oily in t-zone...
anyway, my skin seemed to have completely lost the ability to retain moisture and all creams just seemed to lay on top of my skin...
BUT...I do actually believe that the rhythmic night conditioner is working!! my skin is smooth again and healthy and has not gotten a new "bump" since day 3. I don't THINK that this was brought about by weather or anything, because the weather in Toronto is still pretty cool and has not gotten humid yet...
I am THRILLED - hopefully my skin is still able to act normally after I complete the 28 day cycle and stop using the stuff...only time will tell. |

I'm glad this is working for you! I think I have done three courses of this in the past. You're tempting me to buy another box of this |

I always ponder over whether or not to buy these, they do look so tempting and yet I can not actually see that they will do that much.
Maybe in the near future when I have a special event to attend I may splash out on a course. |

I have been getting bumps too, but my bumps are more of those whiteheads/oilseeds. I am just wondering are we having the same kind of bumps? |

no, my bumps are not anything identifiable...to this day, I don't know WHY they started and WHAT they are...they are about the size of pimples, but they are not pimples. It is almost like they are irritations from being dry and dehydrated or something. I wish I knew what they were. They would just appear in the middle of the day and then stay for weeks.
They seem to be gone for now though, so I hope they don't come back. I've been stressing over them for the last 8 months and they have left scars on my previously flawless skin. So now I am going to have to focus on the scars. |

Thanks for the reply. My bumps also pop up in the middle of the day and stayed for weeks, but I can usually pop a few with oilseeds coming out of them. I should really stop doing that. Maybe I'll try Dr. H's supplements and try working it from inside out :P |

Not a big fan as I didn't see what it was supposed to do. But my sister absolutely loves this. She thinks she breaks out less and her skin feels softer after use. |

Just FYI, I only use half a ampule per night and cover it...I don't use it on my neck, just my face...and it seems to be enough to be doing whatever it is doing for me
I can't imagine using 2 ampules, that would be excessive. |

I buy it cheaper at websites in europe...I also only use one vial...it's enough. Love this stuff! |

I'm on my second lot of the 50 ampule pack. I first tried the normal ones, and now i'm using the ampules for sensitive skin. I actually feel that the sensitive ones irritated my skin slightly ! I feel a slight stinging sensation when I used the pack for sensitive skin, maybe my skin is just odd! There is definately a difference between the two anyhow, but I still love using these.
I admit, i'm not that economical and could not resist using the two ampules a night. I just put the first one on, and then wait until it's completely absorbed, then use the second. I wouldn't say that it's completely changed my skin, but it's done enough good for me to re purchase and I definately would do in the future. I have quite oily skin, and I find that whenever I use a night cream, no matter how light it is, my skin is still an oil slick in the morning. When I use the ampules I wake up with soft, yet not greasy skin, and I find it has helped me have less oily breakouts during the day. I find it just helps balance my skin and prevents clogging. |

Now I am tempted to try this too, would be great if it's cheaper. My product list keeps on expanding and I don't know where to start anymore! |

Sel- I can't believe you used 2 per night!! Did you notice a bigger improvement by using more? |

Well actually I would say using 2 probably is excessive. I had to wait and let the first one absorb before I used the second. Now i'm on my second cycle I am using only one ampule per night, and I wouldn't say I've noticed a major difference.
The only thing I've found personally is that the regular ampules seem to be more effective than the sensitive ones. |

I was using two at first because it made me feel like I had "more" on my skin. Overcompensating for weaning off heavy cremes or lotions... which, after all, is precisely the point of the ampules in the first place |

I've tried 10amps for sensitive skin before. Can't tell how much it did to my face, maybe calming it a little bit. Just order a 50 amp pack since EDS has such a great discount! |

I'll give this product a thumb up. My skin feels smooth after using this for 25 days (yes, 3 more days to go ), it did not break out my oily acne prone skin. I am not sleeping well these days due to pressure from work, but my skin still look good in the morning. I think the 28-day routine would be my staples in summer. |

I love it. I hate any cream on my face so this is perfect for just the tiniest bit of moisture. I've been using 1/night. If it wasn't so expensive, I'd use it all the time at night instead of the toner. But alas, it's soon back to toner for me since I'm running out. |
