I've used this once a week for the past two weeks followed by the clay mask and after what I'll politely call a 'drawing process' my skin feels cleaner, my pores are also looking less grubby. I have congested skin and I'm seeing the benefit of using this range - while I wouldn't call it part of my anti-wrinkle regime it definitely falls in to the healthy skin regime.

The first time I put the recommended dose in to one of those small individual facial steamers and was almost knocked out by the alcohol smell. I wasn't sure if this was part of the cleansing process or due to the fact I was not using a big bowl of water but the second time I scaled it down and felt more comfortable.
This is then followed by the clay mask.

The above post is a review of the following product available at EDS:
Dr Hauschka Facial Steam Bath Concentrate (100 ml / 3.4 floz)
Dr Hauschka Facial Steam Bath Concentrate (100 ml / 3.4 floz)

Herbal extracts of nasturtium, daisy and witch hazel combine with moist heat to promote the natural cleansing process. These nurturing extracts open clogged pores and visibly reduce redness.

Eve....

You just reminded me that I have one of those steamers in my cabinet! I think I'll try it with the Dr. H. Glad you posted the comment about not using the recommended amount.

Then, I'm going to use my ES masque and see if the steaming process makes it work even better.

My skin is great mostly, but my nose has blackheads or something. They are so small you can't really see them, but you can feel a slight roughness still.

I think it would be a nice set.

If you're not sure the nina will like it you could get one of those sample tins and buy the regular size if they like it.

Let's just say that the sun was out but I couldn't quite see it (and, no, it wasn't cloudy!). I'll see if I can post a pic of it soon - it was quite a change from the Aus environment. My skin is returning to normal now though - did a couple of steams with the Dr Hauschka stuff, used a few masks and I'm doing a "course" of Decleor Essential Balm. Should be all back to normal in no time Very Happy

I agree, you do not need to use the whole recommended amount. I find that it's a bit overwhelming to breath in. Follow the steam with the clay mask and my skin was so grateful. I'm mostly oily, but now that I'm in my mid 30s, treating it as dry skin is really helping with that annoying acne, overall evenness of tone and shininess.

Hey Mabsy, it's so nice to hear that you are living in Shanghai.

Actually, you should feel lucky that you are not living in Beijing. Laughing
