I have been using this for two weeks now and already I've noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin. I have combination, sensitive, oily in the t-zone skin. Also, above my lip (right side), I had a lipwax that went bad and my skin was burned. The facial hair in this area is thicker and gets ingrown. The skin is reddened and I always get lots of breakouts. On the other side (left side), I had some sort of cold sore bacteria above my lip area and had to have it burned off. The skin has been raised and not normal. I also get thickened, ingrown hairs which then breakout. Yes, it sounds like a disaster. I've had this scenario for six years. I've tried multiple products trying to moisturize my face and heal this area (Darphin serums and creams, Proactive, Avon ultimate, Astara oils, lavender oil, dermatologist medications, Juvena CoQ10, Burts Bees, Janssen, Exuviance acne gel, a facialist's own brand, plus there are probably more which I'm forgetting. This is the only potion that has cleared up the in-grown hair, reddened area above my lip. The raised skin is now almost smooth -- like normal skin. The in-grown hairs are not so bad and the reddened skin is calming. I don't have to put so much cover-up in this area. This is a remarkable serum. I highly recommend it. Sincerely, skodalady |

The above post is a review of the following product available at EDS:

Orlane Anti-Fatigue Absolute Skin Recovery Serum (30 ml / 1 floz)
This serum attacks the root causes of skin fatigue by detoxifying and recharging the cells with energy, day and night. There are spectacular, visible effects after the first few applications. Skin regains its full luminosity and is left energized, smooth, firm and toned.

Welcome to the forum, Skodalady!
I'm also a big fan of Orlane. My skin wouldn't tolerate anything but water until I discovered this line. It healed my sensitivity to the point where I can tolerate other products and do some experimenting.
I always return to Orlane, though. I don't know what it is. I examine the ingredient lists carefully and don't find anything earth-shaking or unique. But there's definitely something magical about these products!

Thank you for the welcome note, Alohagirl!
I am so pleased with this one Orlane product that I'm going to stay with the line for now. The sales lady at Neimans told me that the B21 anti fatigue serum will decongest and rebalance the skin. I thought I'd give it a try. What I liked best about it was the absorption of the serum -- it didn't just stay on the top of the skin.

Most of the Orlane products I've tried had good absorption. Two of my favorites absorb so quickly, I can apply makeup without waiting. (B21 Extreme Line Reducing Care and Anaganese Total Time Fighting Care)
Before buying your Orlane products at Neiman Marcus, be sure to compare their prices with Essential Day Spa in Canada (the host of this forum). The prices are much lower, and the EDS ladies are very generous with samples. There should be a shopping link at the top of your screen.

Thanks Alohagirl!
My next order will definitely be with EDS -- their prices are much better than Niemans.
