I really appreciate the advice both of you have given me. My DR is definitely more cautious with the CP's, but my incision is completely healed and the Mederma was definitely not an option for me. He also spoke about the importance of starting weak and working the way up, or there could be problems.
I'm going to try using it on a very small part of my incision that extends past my eye first. As long as it is fine there, I'll proceed with it.
I'm really glad I did the bleph surgery. I feel like I look more like myself. My DH has commented how much better my eyes look; he said, "You have your big eyes back again." My daughter is just happy that I'm not 'freaky-scary looking anymore'; she wasn't impressed with the post-surgery look!! Gotta love their honesty !!!  |
