Hello:) I'm looking for a recent, in-depth book about skin mechanisms and skin care products/procedures, ideally from scientific point of view.
I've started with Paula Begoun's beauty bible, which is absolutely awesome and taught me a lot, but now i'd like to learn more. Also, Paula seems a bit biased at times.
Currently I'm reading "Advanced Professional Skin Care" by P. Pugliese. This book gives some great insights into inner workings of the skin and skin treatments, but its almost 10 years old! I'm sure there are a lot of new scientific findings and procedures now.
What would you suggest to read?
Thanks! |
