I am looking for a zinc spf moisturizer rather than just a zinc sunscreen. I've already tried the Devita moisturizer and the Josie Maran but neither worked for me (they weren't moisturizing enough)
I prefer using physical sunscreens over chemical, my melasma and overall complexion improves. But last summer my routine was a mess. I would slather on a zinc sunscreen that made putting on makeup impossible, and then look chalky white for the rest of the day.
I would love to find a moisturizer that I can then put mineral makeup over. Please recommend your favorites! |

I agree with you when you say mineral sunscreens are better for your skin. My skin likes them a lot and I cannot stand chemical sunscreen running into my eyes during the day. I listed a few I like below.
Elta MD UV Daily/UV Lotion (basically the same)
Glotherapeutics Moisturizer with SPF 40
Epionce SPF 30
Good luck and so glad you're investing in a sun protection as most do not worry about it. |
