Looking at the preview on Amazon - I think the book is meant for kids. I especially like this comment on the purpose of skin:
"Allow feelings of pleasure and warn of danger".

I just got my Dr. F book. I have to agree with Bethany and Keliu. This book is a joke. It is written like a child's book with a few sentences and big pictures on a page.
If anyone is looking for more of a science oriented book they will be majorly disappointed. I think this book is suppose to be the first of a series of skin books Dr. F is writing. I think he did himself a huge disserve by starting out this way. I guarantee I will not be first in line to buy another one of his books. |

Well have finished reading this thread over two days After not having been on for a while
I have been using environ for 15 months and have seen improvement in my skin clarity and smoothness. However have also experienced a crepey neck initially. I am currently using Avst 3 the c quence eye gel and have just recently bought the body oil on advice. Have been having some problems and had sought advice for treating decolletage which has got worse over the last year - issues are pigmentation seemed to be made worse through ipl and lines with an overall uneven blotchy look I have been using avst 3 on the decolletage area. Previously had been using this just on an evening but increased usage to twice a day however am experiencing a red face especially after exercise so plan on decreasing use to evening and alternate mornings. The pigmentation on decolletage it has been suggested that this could be part of environ just wondered if anyone else had experienced this.
Your experience and thoughts are fab please keep sharing 😊 |
