Had a question.
In the summer I was 144 (8 months ago, 22.5 years old at that point)
I gained around 5 pounds between September January, it made my face sort of jowly. For the last month and a half I went back to not overeating. I have since reached roughly 4-5 pounds less again, meaning I am 144 lbs again. My question is this. For some reason, while my face is slimmer, it doesn't look the same, doesn't look as slim anymore. Have any of you guys ever gained weight, didn't like how your face looked, and then lost it, reached your exact old weight, and did not look the same in the face? If so, did you have to lose a bit more weight in order to your face to regain its old look? |
