I am interested in skin "rejuvenation" (for lack of a better term) but am confused about all the different technologies. Such as, Venus legacy, Matrix, Ultherapy etc. I am currently having RF skin tightening under my eyes but I'm interested is something more aggressive. I have also heard of micro-fractionated co2 lasers, which are touted to completely rejuvenate your face. Where do you even begin? What are the risks involved? And what can you reasonably expect for results? I'm overwhelmed and can find almost nothing on the internet except advertisements for these proceedures. What little I have found raised concerns about facial fat lose and possible scaring. Can anyone explain some of these to me? |

There may be some people here that could help you but this is mostly a board about products and devices that people can use themselves at home.
You may want to check out the Realself website. It has certified Drs that answer questions and questions and answers from people that have undergone various procedures.
The questions and answers from the people that have done the procedures or want to do the procedures are probably most informative as it seems the doctors are always pro. But they are pretty clear that results always vary. |
