A year ago i started to drink tea alot. And sometimes somedays over 7 cups! It's funny because i then started to notice alot of changes with my skin but i had also made other changes in my diet to eating more protein, more veg and not eating as many carbs. So i couldnt pin point what was causing me issues.
Then i started to exercise last summer aswell as carrying on drinking alot of tea i did lose a bit of weight but what i noticed the most was my face was looking sunken, my eyes more hollow than ever and really bad dark circles appeared. Also my hands became very bony and the same with my feet making all my veins really visible.
Only until last week did i think to myself maybe im actually sucking the water completely out of my body. Also read about caffeine and tannins not being good to have close to meals because it stops absorption of vitamins and minerals.
I have now been drinking about only 2 cups a day away from my meals and having either peppermint and nettle tea or a glass of water instead where i would usually have black tea. And my hands have plumped back up my under eyes too are now more i would say on the puffy side (which is bothering me a little) im not sure whats better puffy or sunken :/ And my face is feeling and looking better and plumper.
My under eyes though look alot puffier than they did before i started drinking alot of tea. Does that mean i am maybe really now dehydrated? Will it go with lymph drainage massage? I have kept my skincare regime low key whilst i work out whats going on with me internally so i dont mix results up with the wrong thing.
What are your tips for unpuffing the eyes? I dont really want to go back to drink lots of tea lol |

khaleesi, thanks for sharing. I have also substituted tea drinking with drinking water and I feel so much better. |

Thank you for sharing.
I don't have a real solution because I think everybody is different. Have you tried an eye sheet mask that you can cool in the fridge before putting them on?
I discovered Cellcosmet eye gel worked for my puffy eyelids during allergy season or when I was crying a lot. |
