The wrong exfoliation and doing it too often can lead to making the problem worse.
Using any product with the words, soothing, calming, gentle, rosacea, etc. puts you on the right path. |

Sounds like your skin is irritated. You should go with fragrance free gentle products with no toxic ingredients. |

I never had Rosacea until recently. I am 30 now. I was using creme de la mer. I had to switch products and have been unsuccessful so far. Someone recommended Tatcha's Soothing triple recovery cream. So far so good. The redness is still there, but less noticeable. I would give it a shot. You can go to their website and purchase travel sizes to try out. |

Rosacea can be trigger by food, heat, alcohol, stress, ect. I started getting a little of it as well. I use the Intensive Caviar Repair balm 100% organic and vegan that I buy online from I'M FABULOUS COSMETICS. Also I do not use warm or hot water on my face but only cold water. I also do compresses of ice on my face once a month. |
