I have oily eyelids so I know exactly what you're going through. I've seen Carekate advise using Milk of Magnesia on your lids to reduce oilyness. I haven't tried this yet, but what I usually do is put a little foundation on my lids (I use Dr Hauschka) and then I coat it with quite a bit of loose powder, then I apply my shadow over this. It helps A LOT. It isn't perfect, but I get much more wear this way. |
