I find is best for me is a very simple regimen of psillium husk, bentonite clay and caprylic acid (for candida) mixed with water 2 x a day and daily coffee enemas for 7 days. |
beeb, can you please provide a recipe for the mix? .... do you take bentonite clay internally by mixing with the rest of ingredients in water and then drink it?....and where do you get all the ingredients? Thank you |
You can usually find bentonite clay at big health food stores or Whole Foods/ Capers. Make sure you get the rehydrated (liquid ) clay--it's better than the powder. Psyllium husk is readily available in bulk and capylic acid (again, liquid) can be found at most large health food stores.
I use:
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tsp capylic acid
1 tbsp or more bentonite.
mixed with water or diluted fruit juice
If you don't have a problem with candida eliminate the capylic acid. |
