Use moisturizer or even moisturizing oils like olive oil and massage the hands. And wear a glove always.Try to avoid washing hands too much and if you are washing dishes etc you can do so wearing gloves. Prior to washing dishes use olive oil or as such then wear the gloves during the washing this will create a nice massaging action for the hands when you take the gloves off after washing you will find your hands to be really soft and nice and moisturized!. |
