I haven't decided what I'll do when I start to get more than just a few grays but I'm definitely drawn to beautiful gray hair on others. I see lots of women (and men) who look fantastic with it. For example:
Model Kristen McMenamy
Helen Mirren
Julie Longyear of Blissoma
