Wow, no matter how hard I try I doubt I could eat like that...
I can not always eat breakfast right away when I get up as often I feel sick to my stomach in the AM half the time (this is not new...have been to the dr for it many times....)

I also can not eat a huge dinner and go to sleep as I will most likely not be able to digest my food and prob end up getting sick during the night.

Maybe for turkey neck you can try some makeup trick for now like contouring or something?

Well, you can make Brunch the biggest meal of the day then just have a light dinner.

You would still be jump starting your metabolism by eating a large meal first. After you have been sleeping, your metabolism is so slow and if you don't start the day with a good chunk of food, then your body continues in that "there-is-a-famine" mode and your metabolism stays low. However, when you eat a nice-sized meal first thing and your body reads that as "plenty of fuel coming in so it is safe to burn whatever is stored up as we aren't in a depression; safe to use up resources" and your metabolism gets on a roll, so you burn calories.

This article talks about losing weight on two meals: http://bloomberg.com/news/2013-06-23/two-large-meals-a-day-tops-six-mini-meals-for-weight-loss.html

Also have your heard about Intermittent Fasting? It also suggests two meals a day and it doesn't matter what time the first meal is as long as you eat both meals within a certain window then nothing for the "fast" period: http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2013/08/06/a-beginners-guide-to-intermittent-fasting/

When I am running late and don't have time for breakfast, I will be sure to have an early lunch/brunch around 11 am and then have dinner that evening. I inadvertently do Intermittent fasting. Once you make it a habit to provide your body with enough fuel to start with to carry you through the day, you will find you will not be OK with a tiny bite. Your day will just not be right unless you have pumped enough gas in you to carry you through the day.
