Well, I agree with everyone on strivectin. Didn't make any change to my skin at all. It wasn't particularly hydrating for the price and did nothing for wrinkles. On the other hand it didn't irrate my skin or my it drier. I am a fan of cellcosmet though. Again, I think it just depends on the person. |

Actually, I do not think products that do not have much function on you are really overrated. Most of times, maybe they are only not suitable for you.
We have different skin types, and therefore no product could change all of our skin. Maybe the only way that we could do is trying a lot of brands... |

Creme de la mer - overpriced and did nothing for my combination skin any other decent moisturizers would do. (ReVive Renewal Cream is 10 times better than it from my experience!!!)
Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel - caused me breakouts all over my face. a total waste of money!
Sisleya Eye and Lip Contour Cream - did not do anything for my fine lines but gave me milla seeds instead!
Eve Lom Cleansing Cream - way overpriced and gave me tiny bumps after a couple of weeks. |

Bio-oil!
My friends and one of them from pharmacy told me it is nice and can remove scars but for me, it's only a bottle of oil. Olive oil from supermarket is even better. |

And I agree with moonstone!!! La Mer is ......
I tried the serum and cream, and the concentrate, and none of them is better than Clinique's moisturizing lotion.
However, I think La Mer's makeup products are quite nicer than skin care. |

Give it another opportunity. Bio-Oil works for me, my husband, my mom and my friends. |

I almost bought ROC retin-a eye cream this afternoon. Thank you for sharing this, I would not think about it anymore. |

Juice Beauty. I used a few of their products in the green apple line. Not only did they not work, but they dried out my skin and caused me to react to the ingredients. |

In no particular order -
Easy Eye Solutions because it is so complicated to apply correctly consistently. I tired of the white flakes & the fake luminous "glow". Delivery was awesome though.
Lip2Kiss Lip System with Handheld thingy because of the time involved with the handheld (16 minutes - it says - more like 20 a day with a slimy gel type product). Also the quality is very poor. $$$$$ !!! Plus the cost of getting the "s" for "sucker" removed from my forehead - (I need to quit buying into the exaggerated excitement in some threads )
Ageless If You Dare because, after almost a month there has been no change whatsoever. At least this one was cheap....but it did encourage me to repurchase in dvd form Carol Maggio's system & also Flex Effect & the Eigard Method book. I'm sad to say that over the years facial exercise has done nothing for me - I need to accept that, stop purchasing and move on . |

Kinerase, I read from an article said it is as good as Retin. It did nothing for me, just like the cheapest moisturezer you can get in supermarket. |

I don't believe there is a product which is fit for each person. So it's normal that we like some cream but hate some lotions.
Er... before I didn't like to ask samples from BA, however now, it's a perfect way to know whether certain product has affect on you.
By the way, some products have no samples...I will very hesitate to buy them.. |

I sooooo agree with RuthMarion about the Lips2Kiss system. My lips were raw and peeling and there was no way in my schedule for reapplying lip glaze every 20 minutes!!!! What a nuisance. I was so tired of constantly reapplying and still having the worst case of crappy lips that I ever had in my entire life. What a waste of money!!! |

-Cetaphil (ugh!)
-Nars Orgasm Blush (turned me orange)
-Copper Peptides (completely useless on my skin and caused intense pain)
- Dermalastyl for eyes (utter waste of money)
- JMO Shine On leave-in hair treatment (expensive Dippity-Do)
- That INSANE l'Oreal Beauty Tubes mascara. Did not lengthen my lashes and left spider's legs all over my face, sink and washcloth that were murder to clean off. |

Actually, Dippity-Do was better! I feel like sending Mr Masters an email defining the terms "sticky" and "gunk" and explain how these terms aptly describe his new product.
It went in the garbage after one use. |
