They are not too bad. The fleet soda stuff I had to take prior to colonscopy is the strong stuff. It totally cleaned you out.

Hi Tasha! I know you said you did the oil pull for two weeks and you noticed dramatic results. But how long are you supposed to do this for in total? Is it something you do, say for two weeks at a time, and then give it a rest, and then do another two weeks a couple of months later? Thanks in advance!

Tasha you asked about Nystatin. Don't know if you received an answer yet so excuse me if you know this already. Nystatin is supposed to get rid of yeast in your body, usu gut. It is not as strong as Diflucan. Nystatin alone does not seem to be able to get rid of the yeast but once the yeast is gone, Nystatin seems to be able to keep it from coming back. Usually if you have a serious guy problem, doctors would prescribe the Diflucan, and then if he thinks your own body cannot hold off the yeast, he would give you Nystatin for maintenance.

Besides oil pulling, i was really drinking loads of distilled water, lemon and cayenne pepper.

Im tell you,.......it works!

You can get it at any drugstore. It is by the enema stuff. Just be prepared. I stopped counting after going to the bathroom 20 times. I was instructed to pour the 4 oz fleet soda into 8 oz or more gingerale/sprite. It still tasted nasty.

I never tried oxycleanse or colonix.

Tasha, I just read that you were also drinking distilled water, lemon and cayenne pepper.
Lemon and cayenne pepper are known for their detoxifying effect on a body. I am wondering if the results you got were actually from that and not from oil pulling. To me it makes more sense. The whole philosophy behind the oil pulling doesn't sound very believable.

I drink lots of water too, like about 3 litres a day. But I drink R.O. water (reverse osmosis). I read in a Johns Hopkins report that distilled water is not good for you. This is an excerpt from an article about cancer and stuff to do with your diet.

Quote:
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea
is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to
drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy
metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

I heard good AND bad about distilled water BUT from me drinking distilled water with cayenne pepper which is excellent for metabolism and circulation as well as lemon which is good for cleansing liver - its an excellent combo!

Also, i drink sometimes distilled water, lemon and celtic salt and thats bascially a mild HCL!

Its does wonders. So basiclly TAP water is purely ACIDIC..

Has anyone heard of urine therapy??

Its basically drinking your own urine and applying it to your face. Helps get rid of acne.

I searched it on curezone.com

Any thoughts?

Gosh.. urine is toxic. i watched a Taiwanese program where a man's family drank urine on a daily basis, claiming it improve their health. Looks bogus to me. Urine consists of toxic waste to be cleared from the body and people drink them back in? Shock

Tasha, do you mean you drink the cayenne and lemon in the water at the same time? And about how much of each?

I didn't read all the pages of this thread, so I don't know if it was mentioned or not already.....but you may look into Coconut Oil and it's benefits. Using it internally, that is. There is loads of info out there on it. Even a forum on it discussing it. It has many, many health benefits.

Do a search on it, and read a little. Smile

I tried oil pulling with Sunflower oil (recommended by most sites), and found it did NOTHING positive for me. I was travelling in Europe for 10 days of the 3 weeks I followed the regimen. I was OP'ing, taking my vitamins and supplements as usual, but all I got was a cold and slightly yellower teeth!!! Mad

I've been checking this thread and have been wanting to take this up for the past couple weeks, but after reading that article, coupled with ScotsLass' explanations there awhile back, I'm more than skeptical and don't see it helping to "detoxify" now...

How is urine toxic? Unless you have an infection, urine is sterile. I can't see how drinking it would cause any problems, but the thought of drinking it - urgh! Although if I was stuck in a desert and that was all the liquid I have, I'd drink it.
