Hi,
Is it okay to talk about Environ C-quence here in the AVST thread? Or should this be under a new thread? I recently posted on the palovia laser thread about my experience. I could not get rid of the red/brown skin beneath my eyes and without cover-up it was very noticeable. I was pretty bummed about my skin, which last July after 6 dermarolling sessions with 1.5 mm was smooth and clear. But after the laser, I looked like I had a mask on.
I decided to try the Environ products and after requesting info, an LA distributor contacted me. He was very polite and helpful. For some reason, I had a hard time understanding why I could not just purchase the products without a consultation and the cost was daunting. I had recently splurged and tried some Perricone products for 6 weeks and the results were not better than my DIY. I decided to try the Environ for a month and got C-quence 3 and the C-quence eye gel. They gave me a sample of C-boost to mix with the C-quence 3.
I have used it for two nights after using a 0.15 mm dermaroller for penetration and I Am Amazed! The red under my eyes is practically gone after being there since the beginning of Feb. I cannot believe it. I am excited to see what my skin will look like in a month! I will only use these pricey but effective products with the 0.15 mm dermaroller to maximize the effectiveness.
Between Dr. Fernandez's thorough articles on dermarolling, the extensive before and after photos, and the effect of the products in two days... I am a huge fan of Dr. F. IMHO, he is the best dermatologist out there.
Would love to hear more about peoples experiences with these products.

Hi, hydrogeogirl. Can you tell me if you actually mix the C-boost in with the C-quence 3?
I also am a huge Dr. Fernandes fan. |

Hi rileygirl, yes, they instructed me to mix the c-boost with the c-quence 3. I use a pea sized volume of the c-boost and two squirts of the c-quence 3 (just enough for me to spread all over my face and neck).
From what I have seen, Dr. Fernandes seems to have the most innovative skin protocols and comprehensive documentation of results. From personal experience, the dermaroller is one of the most effective skin care tools that I have used.

Bumping to see if there are any new Environ product users, and if anyone else in the US has ordered fromwww.touchofskincare.com (I know the products are shipped from South Africa).
They have a link to the new Environ 2012 products, and the supposedly legit US distributor websites do not reflect this info yet??

Hi bethany, I use Environ products and I have ordered from touchofskincare several times. I love the C Boost and the Original Range. I also think the EssentiA oil is great to use after dermarolling. The last time I received an order was a month ago. Environ updated it's packaging on their website. The packages and containers I received were the newest packaging. I don't understand how they are able to sell the product since Environ doesn't appear to allow this. My first four shipments had South Africa customs forms on them. But, my last order had no customs form and had a Royal Mail Stamp on it. The package before that one had a UK return address on it. Maybe in the beginning someone was sending the packages for her directly from SA. Now they all seem to come from the UK. I hope this helps. |

I am very interested in trying this range too. I contacted them and they gave me a stockist in Australia.
Would love to try the CBoost and the ACE oil. They are next on my purchase list. Some of the B & A's I have seen have been pretty amazing!
Would welcome any more feedback on them. |

I have just been on the website for europe, I have to say it did all look very genuine(the address that Bethany posted.)
The new products are there too. I have ordered the C quench 4, the eye gel and the serum they recommend to use after derma rolling. I have just restarted rolling with a 1mm. First this year. I did 5 last year had a 4 month break(largely due to life getting in the skincare way )
Thank you everybody for kick starting me back again!
I will report back when I get the products and start using.
Unfortunately I still have quite a bit of ZO skincare to use up
They sell it over here thru a spa/health and beauty outlet in Edinburgh.
I have used it for about nearly two months not too sure if I notice anything.
Which is why I am looking for a move forward and thought since I am starting rolling again it would be nice to have a proper protocol using products designed for the job! |

I loved the ZO products...they are not available much here anymore however.
I think I am going to order products from the link above today...I am also going to order the A, C, E body oil (recommended before and after rolling) and the C-Quence eye gel.
I'll be interested to hear what you think about the C-Quence 4! |

Bethany,
Id also be interested in how you find the ACE oil,
I hadn't noticed it was to be used before/after rolling. It would be interesting to see how it compares to the serum. |

That is what Dr. Fernandes recommended in some of his rolling articles. |

There appears to be some confusion regarding the products across various sites.
Touch of Skin says:
Quote: |
The Environ AVST range is Environ's older 2008 product and has been superseded by the newly introduced 2012 enhanced A+ Original series. Alternatively, if you are wanting to take your regime to the next level, you can upgrade directly to the Ionzyme CQuence range which is Environ's gold standard product.
http://www.touchofskincare.com/environ-avst/environ-skincare-avst.html |
The Environ corporate site says:
Quote: |
The AVST Creams 1 – 5 are Environ’s new innovative skin care range formulated exclusively for the International Market. These moisturisers contain vitamin A and antioxidants including vitamins E, vitamin C, Green Tea Extract, Honeybush and Rooibos Tea Extracts, Resveratrol and Beta-Carotene. The concentration of vitamins A and C increase in the step-up system of the moisturisers. Consumers are, therefore, advised to follow the step-up system. The AVST moisturisers are endorsed by the prestigious Swiss Vitamin Institute ensuring that the client receives the highest quality product with the claimed vitamin content. Please note: This range is not available in Africa

Riley and I have sent out some emails in order to help figure out what is going on. It could be that Touch of Skin no longer has access to the AVST line (packratmack said they had shipped from Africa in the past), which would mean what they are saying on their website about AVST being discontinued is actually incorrect.
We'll keep you posted on what we find out. |

I just confirmed from the Environ New Zealand distributor's Favcebook page that the AVST line dwas introduced in 2008, so it isn't exactly new any more! |

I just checked a couple of places...older literature showed him recommending the EssentiA oil before and after rolling.
Updated literature shows him recommending C-Quence gel and cream for a minimum of 3 weeks before the roll, and the EssentiA oil (which is the body oil on the Touch of Skin site) after the roll.

I am not finding anything that says AVST is being discontinued other than on the Touch of Skin site, which I am being told by an Environ supplier that this is not a legit site (I am only the messenger with this, so please don't shoot me!). Otherwise, it looks like a cleanswer was added to the AVST in November of 2011, and I would not think they would do that if they were doing away with the line. Will keep sleuthing around to see if I can find out anything else. |

I noticed the A+ range was not on the dermaconcepts website. They show the AVST product range. I was wondering why the touchofskinare website said the A+ range superceded the AVST range. Please let us know what you find out. |

The TOS people did not reply to me today. I personally think they can't get access to AVST anymore since it is not available in Africa, and that is the only BS they could come up with explain away why they have older products.
On the flip side of the coin, I think the US distributors are trashing TOS because their prices are cheaper. I can't get replies to my emails on a daily basis from them either, so they aren't necessarily any better in my book, lol. |

I got a 10% of coupon from TOS yesterday and went ahead and placed an order. I already received an email that my product was ready to be shipped (despite them ignoring my other email, lol). |

wel my products have arrived so far so good they feel lovely going on.
I did a .25mm product penetration roll ,and layered products before then after. There was a little stinginess but really not enuff to stop.
However when I used my bellaire spatula for product penetration the day after it felt really like I was pricked or electric shocks ( very small) but definitely a weird prickly sensation.
That was all, no redness or allergy of anything else.
Not sure if it was just too much for my face or what, oh used the Quasar MD (LOVe it) after as per book was fine then. Also as per book you are supposed to work up to product penetration rolls every day.Think thats too much for me, 2/3 times a week with w/e off I think.
Where is everyone else in their experience? |

Bethany,
you may well be fine, Ive only ever used retinol and seem to be coping ok so far with Ionzyme quench 4
Apart from doing the ultrasound and getting funny prickling feeling (think my fault too soon and not Ionzyme products when using it )
Think you may well be fine |

This line is interesting me more and more!
I was originally given the touchofskin australia to contact and they appear to have all the products including this one
http://www.touchofskincare.com.au/environ-ionzyme-cquence/environ-ionzyme-focus-hydrating-serum.html
which looks good for derma rolling.
I then contacted Environ World who gave me a different stockist. Lots of unanswered emails later too and sent another email to the original Environ World and she actually gave me another stockist. There is apparently one quite near me, so I am going to ring them after the weekend and see what they stock and if they do Environ facials, I am a little excited...lol!!
But I do think the touch of skin site would be fine. I can't see anyone faking these, I think its just to keep it exclusive and expensive.
I would however like a initial consultation to to see what exactly would suit my skin.
I will update if I discover any more. |
