For me, Relora doesn't seem to take away my energy. It just helps to stop the anxiety and unproductive worry. It does not make me sleepy, nor do I feel like a zombie while taking it. YMMV, as everyone is different.

Shasta, I started taking Relora because a friend who is taking the A4M for physicians course sent it to me. I take the "Serene" version. Im mainly interested in the cortisol-leveling benefits of it.

In order to show the research behind it, Im linking to my thread about Relora here:

This formula made by Source Naturals looks better.... no yeast, dairy, soy, etc. The Now Foods formula has soy and unless it says Non-GMO, just about 95% of soy is GMO soy. I'm going to recommend this to a friend of mine. My friend who is struggling with weight loss might do well on this. Her doctor told her that her cortisol levels were high and this could potentially prevent her from losing weight. Interesting product...

I see that it's also billed as a "weight control" formula. Have you lost any weight while using it Fawnie?

I've gone with the NOW brand as well. I notice there is a difference in the quantity of of Relora in the two brands. NOW has 300mg of Relora per pill, whereas Source Naturals has only 150mg per 2 pills. Source has the other ingredients, so perhaps that has a different beneficial effect.

Anyone tried both of them and can offer a comparison?

I got my Gua Sha package, and finally had a chance to watch a part of one DVD (it is apparently 8 hours of boring, repetitive and informative lectures). Since the actual tool was missing in the original package I had upgraded it to their newer one, and it came with a small booklet with comprehensible instructions - and I absolutely LOVE it.

Now I am wondering how often to do it.
JR - how frequently do you do it?

A few pages ago there was talk about green foods and I think a couple people said they take
the Pure Synergy brand.
I just saw this heavy metal analysis done on a handful of different ones, and Pure Synergy is really high in a number of metals....
thought you might want to know.....I think it may have been Aprile and Sis who mentioned that they use it.

Hi Mariposa,

Thank you for posting this. Actually, at one time, I did use the Pure Synergy product. But now I am using Vitamineral Green which Mike Adams reviewed back in 2010. I wish he would have included them in this analysis. But as he stated, he reviewed the top sellers.

The Vitamineral Green product is considered Truganic". I never really knew what that meant, so I went to their site, and they look quite impressive. According to the definition of Truorganic:

Quote:
Organic Certification vs. TruGanic™ Verification

Now that the USDA legally owns and regulates “Organic,” a significant portion of its intent and purity has been eroded. Whereas organic typically “certifies” its weaker standard with paperwork only and NO ACTUAL testing, TruGanic™ verifies its stricter, hard-core standard with mandatory actual testing.

All the ingredients in TruGanic™ products must pass actual tests to verify they are:

100% pesticide free, insecticide free, and herbicide free. Defined as ZERO detectable.
100% GMO free. Defined as ZERO GMO detectable.
100% irradiation free. Defined as ZERO detectable.
Nutrient Dense. This is a way to check up on the use of non-organic fertilizers.

Over the years since we began our TruGanic™ program, we have discovered many certified organic ingredients that tested POSITIVE for irradiation, GMO, pesticides, and other undesirable elements.

OMG it's so sad they we even have to worry about organic. We have to worry about everything we put in our mouths, don't we?
Thanks again for sharing! Aprile

I am wondering if anyone uses BIODYNAMIC principals/ lunar cycles in their face rejuvenating program?
The way i intend to is with holistic microneedling and am stumped on the skin days as FLOWER/FRUIT/ or ROOT days also, i am leaning towards the new moon to full moon span and would like to narrow it closer with the BIODYNAMIC CALENDAR for one session a month for 6 months then rest for 2 months.
Will also use ORMUS with holistic actives during and after procedures.
I would like to start in March so I would like any suggestions

I am not familiar with the Pure Synergy product.

I have been using Vitamineral green - and other healthforce products for a few years. Great company with commitment to excellence in quality. NO metals in their products.

Seems so far that I may be able to find good time to start from now to end of the month and avoiding the full moon. I am looking at cosmetic surgery best time spans for the holistic micro-needling procedure even though it is far less aggressive. The biodynamic calendar isn't much help so far as my idea didn't fit easily, lol

Leporia - I would think our member, Jasminerosy could help here. I am not familiar with the biodynamic calendar, but it sure does sound interesting! Smile

Yes...I agree w Aprile, that sounds interesting Leporia, I'd like to hear more

I'm still on the Relora supplement. No feelings of zoning out at all, I'm not a zombie. No stomach aches since taking it after I eat or right before. I'm liking the subtle effect, definitely noticeable. I think it takes a couple weeks to really see a difference.?

I'm still hoping for a biomat!

Take care all

Hi aprile,

I am on a break and sorting some info. that i have gathered so far.
WANING MOON is best as well as avoiding ZODIAC SIGN in which the MOON resides which governs the intended area; from Paungger & Poppe- Wisdom of the Ages Aries governs from upper jaw to head, so would be wise to heed and Taurus for teeth, tonsils jaws, ears and thyroid
I find it very interesting too, and I remember full well that the very same bread or sauerkraut recipe would occasionally be off at times through the years

So, several years ago I applied biodynamic/lunar principles in raising/small holding livestock with diet, grooming, vermifuge, and breeding and was successful.

As i was planning my micro-needling program it came to mind to use the lunar chart to the best days for the procedure
I am excited to use it for an advantage

Hi Aprile and Carlingus,

I have enough info now all i have to do is check the Farmers Almanac or BIODYNAMIC CALENDAR for best times as i have the basic charts of what i listed (above posts)to apply the principles in skin rejuvenation.
Here is some interesting tidbits; NEW MOON/ planning new projects and detox
FIRST QUARTER/ Energy accumulates, vital force restored, wounds heal slowly, nutrients well absorbed, good time to care for skin
FULL MOON/ Largest abundance phase
LAST QUARTER/ Energy releasing, good for; waxing(depilation), and dying hair, visit dentist, good for cosmetic procedures, scars heal faster,…

On this forum in the past, we've discussed that when platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is injected, stem cells multiply and grow new and younger skin tissue.

In the same way PRP regenerates the skin of the face, it appears PRP regenerates healthy vaginal tissue.

So, it seems like the O-Shot would be a more holistic way of regenerating healthy vaginal tissue?

I think the link wasn't working because y'all were not flanking it with [url] tags.

Let's see if it works when I do put the URL codes around it: www.oshot.info

Yes it does. Smile

Interesting article on magnesium. My DH had surgery on his shoulder last winter. He went to physio therapy and it was suggested that he take this supplement. I don't know the actual results as he was doing his exercises, physio and going to for acupuncture so he was doing a combination of things. He did heal well and he is not a young guy.

I am always interested in suggestions like this.

Magnesium is so awesome! Great for arthritis and most things that ail you. My hubby rubs Ancient Minerals magnesium lotion with MSM into his knee which has a partial tear to the meniscus. The doctor won't operate due to all the arthritis. Honestly, he feels better already. Magnesium deficiency is also very common since our soils are depleted and unless you are eating foods that contain high levels like sardines, almonds, etc. #1 supplement on my list. Especially since inflammation is the root of all disease.
