Since I never used Jurlique before, I can't compare the two lines. But I think there are some good products that worths a shot in caudalie.
Caudalie Night Infusion Cream moisturizes well and give the skin nice glow. It looks a little bit thick but absorbs very quickly. And after using it, the skin is very smooth.
Caudalie Moisturizing Cream-Mask Face and Eyes is very thick and creamy. It makes your face hydrated but it is not very comfortable to wear on the face.
Caudalie Pulpe Vitaminee Energizing Fluid has a very pleasant fragrance. I enjoy using it. And it is not so bad as a basic moisturizer. |

I tried both brands but they are not really good. If I must choose one, I will choose caudalie.
I tried the cleanser/rose water/facial washing cream/moisturizing mask/ahc/herbal recovery gel from Jurlique. But none of them gave me effect and improvement on my skin.
At least, Caudalie spray and foaming cleanser were good. |

I like the Caudalie grape water, but the NaturDerm line gave me results neither of these did, and fast. I don't like that Jurlique uses the hydroxymethylglycinates because I have read these can interact and release formaldehyde. I love that NaturDerm doesn't use silicones and is organic with more of the high tech stuff, the AH3 (Acetyl hexapeptide 3) is really effective stuff and I like that they don't use Argireline because it has the parabens in it. |

I have used both brands many times over and like them both, so here is my view:
Overall brand comments:
Jurlique has used a preservative which is formaldehyde releasing, but they are changing the formula to get rid of this and the new Biodynamic range does not contain it.
Caudalie products are heavily scented and this might not suit everyone.
There are yay and nay producs for me from both brands:
Jurlique - yay to Wrinkle Softener Beauty Cream, the biodynamic day and night lotion, and the Herbal Recovery Gel and Neck Serum.
Nay to the eye gel which makes my eyes water and the rosewater spray which contains a lot of alcohol.
Caudalie - yay to the firming serum, the Vinoperfect serum which keeps wrinkles at bay, the eye serum, the brightening mask.
Nay to the Pulee Vitamine range which irritated my skin, the Beauty Water is too fragranced for meand the buffing cream is far too harsh.
It would be great if this is helpful to anyone and please do not hesitate to ask any questions. I am using some products from both brands at the moment and really like them both along with Elemis, Kate Somerville, Lierac and Dr Sebagh. |

i'm currently using the Caudalie cabernet body scrub and i really like it. It is very grainy and contains some oil but does not leave a greasy feel on the skin. |

I have used both Caudalie and Jurlique lines. Similar family of products (natural, plant based, essential oils). I love them both, & after testing out their products for at least a few years, I hope my experiences can help others who are unfamiliar with the lines.
MY SKIN TYPE:
My immediate needs are skin sensitivity and eye wrinkles. Secondary is dealing with discoloration. My skin strongly reacts to different environmental or nutritional issues, ranging from oily to scaly patches, plus sun sensitive melasmas.
I ended up discovering these lines initially out of desperation. On two separate trips my face was literally freaking out because of climate changes. In the Northwest, Caudalie was the saving product offered. In Hong Kong, I brought with me with the new Skyn line of products, which did not support my moisturizing needs sufficiently. I ended up trying Jurlique and loving it.
COMPARISON:
Caudalie is more expensive and bottled in smaller volumes, however noticed visible & immediate results for radiance and skin calming. Also most of the products have a very luxurious fragrance.
Also, the "system" of Caudalie is with the essential oils. After cleansing, essential oil is applied to the skin first, prior to other products, to facilitate their absorption. This is also done before the masking step. It's absolutely luxurious and effective, however, I noticed that I went through the essential oil product more quickly than I thought (less than two months).
Jurlique is also in the same price range, however because the volume or concentrate is higher, I noticed a longer "life" for these products. My products lasted nearly 11 months before depletion. For this reason, I prefer to purchase Jurlique. However the product availability in the US is limited unless you buy online.
The immediate results for Jurlique are in 1) general smoothness and 2) balance (calming); 3) eye area lift/smoothness. Radiance was noticable after a few days of daily use. Since these are natural products, fragrance depends on the ingredients, and is for the most part non-existent or very mild.
Another note about Jurlique -- it is a very sustainable/green company, ranging from the way they raise their plant ingredients to their packaging. So that may be a factor for new customers to consider.
SUMMARY:
If you are looking for something to "boost" your skin immediately, using Caudalie will do that RIGHT away. And since the products are very luxurious, it's also like treating yourself to a mini-spa experience at home.
If you are looking for a new daily line of natural products with a sustainable philosophy, Jurlique is perfect.
Both handle my volatile skin issues very well. I think the major deciding factors for a new customer would be:
1) price -- winner: Jurlique;
2) desired immediacy of results -- winner: Caudalie;
3) product availability in your area; and
4) company philosophy.
MY PREFERRED PRODUCTS:
Face Cleanser: Jurlique Balancing Cleansing Lotion
Eye Cream: Jurlique Biodynamic Beauty
Radiance Serum & Mask: Caudalie Vinoperfect
Toner: Caudalie Grape Water
Mask: Caudalie Vinopure Purifying Mask
Moisturizer: Jurlique Skin Balancing Face Oil
Hand Cream: Jurlique Citrus Hand Cream |

I think Caudalie is more natural than Jurlique. Recently I do not Jurlique at all, because I found that after a long use of Jurlique products, they do not helpful for me anymore. |

Thanks, Harriet. For calming, I have also used Dr. Haushka's rose day cream when my face eczema was very bad. It was a bit heavy/greasy, however it really did soothe the itchiness significantly. I know they have come out with a 'light' version of the cream now.
I have not yet tried out other products on this line, however I plan to when I run out of my Jurlique products later this month! |

Which Jurlique product do you like best? Why I just feel all of them having no effect on me when I use them after a long time? |

Jurlique and Caudalie both have good and so-so products. I bought Jurique's hand creme before. I did not like it. I like some of their masks. But, they change their packages now, I do not know if it is any different from before. For me, they are both good, but I feel buying Caudalie again more than Jurlique. |
