Hi Keliu,
have you been able to track your order via Forrest Health website? when I click on the link in the e-mail they sent, it just shows the order info with no tracking details,

I received a separate notification of shipping from Click-N-Ship which had the tracking details. Apparently my package has cleared Oz Customs so hopefully it will be here next week. |

Morning EDS! 
So last night, I did something a tad different. I have a .25 derm roller that I bought and never really used and I thought it would be cool to finally use this tool I've had sitting here for ages.
So, I washed my face, used the derm roller lightly all over and then I sprayed Ageless Secret Gold  , rubbed it in and did the LightStim for 3 min. per area. Woke up to a husband who said I looked beautiful - he's been saying that a lot more lately 
I wonder who else has used a derm roller prior to ASG and if you have, how often do you use it?

Hey Gidget,
I have been doing the derma rolling with the ASG and the Lightstim as well(not all the time just occasionally). I use the smallest derma roller either a .25 or .5 and just lightly roll for product penetration. I spray ASG on before and after and then use the Lightstim. I don't have stretch marks or acne scars, but I would think that using the ASG with the derma roller topped with  the Lightstim would do wonders. |

Whether you are achieving natural fillers with ASG and the Lightstim, or if you already have fillers and botox, Lightstim is a win win situation. Just got this email from Steve Marchese, CEO at Lightstim:

I don't give a break with ASG but I never use the Lightstim more than five days a week for treatment....now I might spray ASG and use the Lightstim for one minute on the lower face area on those "so called" off days.  |

Not really, .a .25 derma roller does nothing for collagen production only helps with production penetration. I also use a clarisonic when I think about it...can't remember where I mentioned that on the forum...maybe three years ago. Also, I do the derma rolling maybe once a month so until Gidget asked, I hadn't given it a thought.  |

I believe the key to this statement by Toby is
"I have been doing the derma rolling with the ASG and the Lightstim as well(not all the time just occasionally)" .... Honestly, imho it's hard to experience positive benefits when you use something only occasionally. Wouldn't you agree?
Honestly, I am so grateful she discovered this remarkable combination. I cannot imagine NOT using this stuff now, as my results have been amazing. It's making me feel so good about my skin. But, now I am wondering if it be a bad thing to use the Lightstim every night albeit just in the beginning? Ladies ~ any thoughts?? Aprile |

When we started the journey with the Lighstim(alone...no ASG added) it was 5 days a week during the first phase and then several times a week for continued maintenance. I think Steve at Lightstim would be happy to answer any questions dealing with possible over use. |

The instructions for the QVC LED (made by LightStim) recommend daily usage for the first 8 weeks, or "at least five days a week for best results". After that, they say to use it a couple times a week for maintenance. Since you aren't having any negative effects (which usually means dryness) I am sure daily usage is fine. |

Aprile - I am so glad  you are having great results also.
In terms of the AALS and time I think you're fine. I've used it at least that long back when I first got it = everday for over a month. Isn't it nice to know you can miss a day now and then and your results aren't going to shift? If I don't have a lot of time and it's an "LED" day with ASG I just be sure to use it in my eye area and maybe the NL's. (12 minutes)...Or two minutes in 3 areas each side. Life gets busy! |

| hi sis ~ yes the results are so incredible ~ it's really unfathomable to me. i am looking forward to continuing on this asg journey. it's amazing how many products that are on the market that do absolutely nothing. i also like the fact that they back up their product with a full money back guarantee, so honestly ~ it's a win, win. i have read a few comments about the photos on their site and how some people didn't notice much of a difference. i am thinking .... no offense but are ya kidding me? are they looking at the photo of the woman with the light green top in the after photo? imo, no amount of lighting, etc. could make her skin look that much better! especially, look at her neck, OMG! also, her face has that unmistakable overall inner glow about it that in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM did she have in the before photo. it's very obvious to me that she spent a ton of time in the sun, and honestly, i would have thought prior to using this product that nothing short of some heavy duty chemical peel or extreme laser treatment could reverse that kind of damage. well, to me....the proof is in the pudding both from both a personal perspective and from the results of others i've seen (in particular ~ Toby's results.) also, it is very difficult to duplicate exact conditions and lighting particularly if the client sent in the photos or if the photos were taken weeks or months apart. well, just my two cents for the day! best, aprile |

Here's my own two cents about using ASG & Lightstim - mind you, only using it for 5 days now & I'm like all the rest of the posters who are in disbelief at how fast I've seen results already.
One silly thing I do, just to torment myself, is to pull up my jawline slack, back by my ears, just to see how good I'd look if I ever had the money & the nerve to get a midface lift. After only 5 days of ASG & Lightstim - honest to goodness, there is so little slack to pull up - I am astonished!
I don't know how this stuff works, really don't need to know the how, the why - all I know is it works!
