Ok I love the product its great, makes skin glow. But I have a real issue with the design of the container. Ok they charge 140 for the .63 oz. Geuss what looks are deceiving-that container is NOT filled with the product.Take a razor- insert it into the side of the top and flip the top off-geuss what-the product only fills less than 1/2 inch of the top of the container, the rest is a false bottom! In order to get out all of the product you have to pry the top off and scrape it out with a Qtip-when it stops "pumping" there is still 1/4 of the bottle left which means $35 worth! I am calling the co. to bitch about that and I wish others would too. I sure wish they would give more product,it is certainly expensive for the small amount they give(which is approximately the size of a raspberry. |

That's why after 3 bottles I finally gave up on it. I did like the stuff, just not at the small amount per cost. |

It is expensive, but before I switched to ISC, I was using it and I really liked it. I've noticed the same kind of packaging with other products as well. I've always wondered whether they were just trying to create the illusion of you getting more for your money, or if there was some technical reason for it... |

Right on, Lucyluc - let us know what happens. I wonder about my Prevage container..the problem is that I can't get into the bloody canister - I swear I couldn't shoot it open if I tried!

Hi Lucyluc. I agree with there not being enough product. I used TNS for a year when it came out, then it just seemed too expensive. I saw you were on the Radiesse forum too. I'm researching Radiesse right now. Let us know what comes about from contacting the company about amount of product. |

I called SkinMedica this morning, and they connected me to customer service to complain.WTH! I told her I wanted to talk to the package designer or someone in the marketing office, they said they would have them call me back....yeah right. They are located in Carlsbad Ca and I am too so I have been thinking about going down to the headquarters with my TNS bottle to demonstrate how ineffective their pump is and how we lose $35 worth of product on their faulty design. They need to listen to real women who use their product not some pencil necked geek designer who thinks he can design a container to con women into thinking they are getting a large container when in actuality their product is barely the size of a small raspberry. |

I talked to someone at Skin Medica.I was wrong, its not the size of a raspberry it is a full bottle,it looks like a small container of product when u flip the lid off but the pump is like an elevator designed to puch the floor of the bottom all the way to the top,but there is still some residue in there,I always pry all the lids off to get all the product out. |
