Hi guys,
I was hoping you could recommend some cleansers for me. My skin type is fairly normal, but my pores on my chin and nose clog really, really easily. So I need something that would do a fairly good cleansing job, but nothing too strong, as then I start to get major flaking which isn't pretty. I have tried Yonka Gel Nettoyant which I love but would consider other recommendations as well.
Thanks in advance. |

Dr Hauschka Cleansing Cream
Also have a look at the homemade version on the recipes thread, it's on the first page:

I also like the Dermaolgica range too |

How about Philosphy's Purity Made Simple? I used this last summer and found it very nice! You may want to try a glycolic based cleanser such as MD Forte or AlphaHydroxy (drugstore) a few times per week. This "shouldn't" cause flakiness with less useage. Other raves have been DHC Cleansing Oil and the DIY cleansing oil technique (not sure of the actual name but the recipe is found here on EDS under "DIY").

It's fabulous for cleaning out the pores. Btw, this is not a cleanser per se - if you wear makeup then you'll need to use a normal cleanser first to get it off and then use this. This is more of a gentle exfoliating and decongesting treatment. |

Dr H is a great choice. Also MD Forte Cleanser II; PSF Green Tea Facial Cleanser are excellent as well |
