And why are face cleansers so much more expensive? I know that some face cleansers have specific ingredients for oily skin to control it. However for normal skin and dry skin, what is the difference? Usually for the same company they will have a body cleanser with pretty much the same type and mix of ingredients, and you get a lot more for a lot less. However it is supposed to just be used for the body. Why can't you use it on the face? Skin is skin. Has anyone done this? Other companies sell products that are "body and face" however why wouldn't they all be body and face. Is it just marketing? I just don't want to pay $25-40 for an oz of face cleanser. |

I never actually compared ingredients. You bring a up good point. Next time I am shopping I will take the time to read the label. |

I remember reading my H20+ Milk shower gel and it has lots of chemical-ish stuff in it, lots of ingredients I don't understand. In skincare I understand more of it. But I don't see why you can't use organic body cleansers on your face. Apart from organic ones I probably wouldn't risk it though. |

I know when I go to the gym, if I shower they always have that "does everything soap" that labeled for "face body and hair"
All I know is, even though it says "face," if I do use it on my face, it completely dries my face and my face is sooo tight! It's terrible!
I will check though next time I'm at the store.
I wish I knew more about ingredients though... |
