I'm looking for a cleanser with rosehip oil.
Does anybody know & use the one from Trilogy or any other rosehip containing cleansing product ?
as always, thanks for your help.

I've used Trilogy and Kosmea. Really liked both of them! |

Another tip - rosehip oil emulsifies in water so when you mix the 2 together it forms a creamy lotion.
So you could make your own mixing an organic hydrosol like rosewater or orange blossom water with the rosehip. HTH |

Yes, i found the Kosmea homepage - and i really have to restrain myself not to order immedietely at least 5-6 of their products. though i'm worried that my self-discipline won't hold too long . . .
i also foud some reviews here in eds and if bushy says it's the best organic skincare - then i just have to check it out (even Tiger was eyeing the products during last christmas), and there's somwhere even a recommandation from Mabsy ... strong arguments |

Hi Lin,
I think Aubrey Organics makes a nice cleanser with Rosehip oil. It's made for dry skin tho, so I don't know if it suits your skin type. |

La Vitton makes a great cleanser with rosehip oil. I love this stuff!

I still have the Kosmea products in my drawer and I always use them when I am travelling on short trips as their containers are more convenient to carry. My favourites are the Clarifying Cleanser, Rosehip Scrub, Eigth Natural Wonder and Rosehip Oil.
I always use Kosmea's shampoo and conditioner, hand and body lotion and sunless tanner so I am sill a big fan of this line. |

Hmm. I'm in the US and don't think I have access to Kosmea. What do you all think of the Trilogy products (those I can order pretty easily)? They sell a travel pack with the cleansing cream and the face lotion. I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't include the standard moisturizer (the original face cream).
Plus, the travel pack costs $54 USD.
Any thoughts on these products?
Thanks

BBD, if you go to their webside you'll find an address for North America where you can place your orders. You can also make a query here in EDS and will find lots of post about Kosmea (as myself found out yesterday...). The products look fab and of course, i couldn't stand and just posted an order few minutes ago... |

I have tried both Kosmea & Trilogy, but I personally prefer Kosmea's products & have had better results with Kosmea. So if you can get Kosmea, they I would definitely recommend that, also they are very good with samples if you ask them |

I read an article in Family Circle magazine about the woman who started Kosmea. It was fascinating.
She started the company by selling her car to get the money and drove around to all the health food shops etc in Victoria.
Sure paid off, she's rolling in it now.

I have never been tempted to try the Trilogy products as I have always been happy with Kosmea. Actually, I have tried a free sample of the Trilogy hand cream but preferred the Kosmea. |

I have tried the Trilogy cream cleanser, and I did really like it. It was very moisturizing. |

Thanks for the advice. My skin seems to really "like" rosehip oil, so I'd love to try a range based on it.
I emailed the US contact person about stockists and ordering. Then I'll just have to scare up some $$! |

Wow, there are actually two places somewhat near me that carry the products (surprising as I'm in a rural ex-urb of Boston where there is typically nothing). OK, off to find some money. |

I am a big fan of Kosmea! Their face mist didn't agree with me (scent wise) but both their cleansers are great, the scrub is very nice (that just travelled with me on my work trip this week), the 30+ lotion is wonderful, and the Eighth Wonder serum is really nice as well. I highly recommend the discovery pack to get you started |

I just received my Kosmea delivery - wow, really fast, dispatched on Friday from their distributor in the UK. I ordered the shampoo, Eigth Wonder serum and pure rosehip oil and got samples from the scrub and daily moisturizer. I'm also tempted with their cleanser but first i have to use up my big jar of EveLom... |

I haven't tried Kosemea -- I would like to since this seems to be preferred over Trilogy. I have used the Trilogy rosehip oil and lotion. They are both great; however, I only use them in colder weather, because they are very rich and moisturizing. |

I just bought Rosehip Oil from a local erbosteria (herbal pharmacy) here and so far, I'm really liking it. I bought it to use around my eyes as this area needed some extra moisture but gets really sensitive and itchy with other products. Anyway, I thought I'd give it a shot. Now that I've tried it, I like it so much that I'm rubbing it in on some lines, also on my neck, and I'm even trying a little experiment on an age spot on my arm to see if that might help get rid of it.
Rosehip Oil is great stuff. It sinks in easily on my skin and doesn't look shiny either. It's funny, I read somewhere on this board that someone didn't like the smell because it smells like over-stewed tea, but I like its smell...call me crazy! |

I totally agree with you mammamia - I love both the texture and the scent of rosehip oil .
I have used it as a face + body cleanser as it emulsifies when you mix it with water. This weekend I made a rich body creme by mixing rosehip with organic raw cocoa butter and coconut oil - it melts into my skin leaving it super silky soft.
I think I'm in love with this stuff |

So far i like rosehip oil (the one from Kosmea) very much but started to use it just few days ago. the scent though is not my stuff (i have the organic unfiltered one, which is orange coloured, with quite a strong indefinable smell). I use it as moisturizer over the serum, and also mix it into my OCM. |
