The result is not my expectation. I don't like this concealer. I'm using #2. Its too creamy, too dry and thick for my eyes. |

I'm a new user too of Jane's eye concealer #2. Haven't made my mind up yet about yet. So far no complaints, have to it lightly. It sure is different from other concealers I have tired. |

I'm sorry to hear that this doesn't work for you. I'm using #2 as well but I'm a big fan of it though. It is a very creamy concealer but I don't find that it is too dry on me. I agree with Happyinlandofoz with the light use of this concealer. I only need a tiny amount and I try to apply it with a concealer brush (especially under the eyes).

It's tough when ppl have different views on the same product. I was looking at that, but if its dry around the eyes, not something i wanna be using. |

Hey Dayziepix,
Yeah I feel much more comfortable buying a product that has nothing but glowing reviews (when I can't try a sample of it myself).
Mind you, I use eyecream religiously so I'm providing a really good base for the concealer. That may have something to do with it.

I use JI concealer brush to apply their concealer than is better. The coverage is ok, and not too thick. But still quite dry.
So I still find some fine lines there.
I tried body shop concealer liquid on the other eye, the result is better than JI one. JI is dryer than body shop one.
Its just my feeling about JI concealer. Maybe gals like this. And difference people have difference skin condition. Right!!?? It not suit me maybe I'm too dry lah. |

Mabsy,
Thanks for your suggestion. I'm always doing this (applying eye cream before putting up concealer). However, I think I'm super dry. Its only little fine lines under my eyes, but I'm still want to find a concealer helping covering this problem.
BTW, I found Body Shop Liquid Concealer has better result. Also, its cheap. I'm living in Hong Kong. I don't know the price in other countires. Its only HK$85 in Hong Kong. Compared with JI, its about HK$250 calculated in Hong Kong Dollars. So costly. |
