Recently I got a sample of vivier vc serum 10% from EDS, I really like the texture of this vc serum. I think my skin like it more than PSF 20% and Skinceuticals `0%. But I find out that EDS won't sell this product to north America anymore?? Can anyone tell me where I can get such good vc serum? Thanks. |

I used to find it so easy to find Vivier products. Lately, I found that most dermotologist or dermo stores are no longer selling Vivier because it was not selling.
I was disappointed and surprised to hear that. |

Hi there - I don't know where you are located but Vivier can be purchased at the spa in my neighbourhood (I'm in Ottawa, Ontario Canada) so it is indeed still out there in North America...why don't you go to Vivier's website to find a retailer? Good luck!

Hi Pudoodles!
Thanks for letting me know. I'm thinking of trying IS Clinical Super serum. Have you tried it?
The reviews look really good and it is a best seller on EDS |

No Vivier in North America? Wow. That's a bummer. It was popular here on the board. I guess you could look at the other popular alternatives - skinceuticals, Cellular Skin Rx, Janson-Beckett, PSF....There are old threads on C serums where I believe Mabsy did a pretty thorough comparison of the textures of each one. I like the slippery stuff - Cellular Skin Rx - with no water. But I know many like the Skinceuticals (with water)but I did not like the tendency to "turn" and it seemed more drying to me. I have also used the Avon Clearly C and it was awful. Sticky mess. |

I can also get Vivier at a spa in my hometown as well. I think lots of spas in Canada still sell it! |

Rachel - I agree with you, Vivier is the best C serum I have tried so far and the texture really agrees with me. I will now probably switch to PSF because it is closest in terms of texture and Vivier is hard to get. If you ask me the company is really not doing themselves any favours - they're restricting online stores from selling internationally. Not a good strategy if your product is hard to find in the first place! Perhaps Vivier fans like us should take the time to email the company and complain and tell them that we are now switching to a competitor because we can't buy the product online. Worst case scenario that might come out of that will be an email telling you the closest stockist - best case scenario Vivier hopefully waking up to themselves and relaxing the restrictions. |

Hello! No -I haven't tried it yet - but I am dying to try it - I'll cave in eventually, I 'm sure and buy it - I have to finish my Prevage first
Take care,

I was told that it is the same company. I think Obagi used to have 20% Vit. C. Do they still have it?
I have no idea what the texture is like with Obagi C serum. Vivier is more like an oil and it leaves a nice sheen to your face. When my skin used to be oily, I didn't apply moisterizer...just Skinceuticals sunblock and that was my moisterizer and sunblock in one. |
