I tried one of my friends suggestions on removing makeup with baby wipes this weekend and WOW! It takes off everything. I wear a lot of eyemake up and it took off everything and no blurry eyes at all. I use my regular cleanser after to make sure I get everything off because I'm prone to breakouts. I had to share. Cheap and they really work....and they are gentle and not messy.
FYI: The brand I bought were Huggies Extra Sensitive |

Thanks for the tip! I usually just use the Olay wipes which fairly do a decent job, but may try the baby wipes. |

I've tried those before and I thought they worked well. The babywipes I bought were 70 count for $2.50....can't beat that price. |

Hey Olivia! Do these sting your eyes? |

They did not sting at all and I used them all over my eyes. They also did not leave that foggy baby oil feel. I did buy the ones for sensitive skin. |

I like your idea, Oliva! I don't know where you live, but could you share the brand you bought? I wasn't aware the baby wipes came in a sensitive formula. Thanks! |

WOW, thanks for the tips. I get those wipes for wiping my "sensitive" parts of the body esp. during my time of the month - now I'll have an extra use for them! |

u guys can try Johnson's baby 'fresh cleansing wipes'
its very gentle.
Models use baby wipes instead of make-up remover cuz they pile on make-up almost every min. a travel sized baby wipes is handy not only removing make-up, it removes stains and dirt.
i use it to clean my desk and tables too.. |

I bring these (or something similar) when I go camping or to the beach and there isn't always a place to wash up. I had no clue they were good at removing makeup though! |

This thread reminded me I bought a box of the SDM brand wipes last summer for wiping off my hands and feet after playing in the dirt (don't ask!). I just noticed it has PG as the second ingredient (after water). Won't be using these on my face, and won't be repurchasing. |

I too have used Baby wipes many times. I use natural ones made from "Seventh Generation" - no alcohol or preservatives or other possible skin irritants. I always take them with me on camping trips and when I travel as they are great "refreshners" for when you're outdoors or on the road. I'll agree that they also make good makeup removers although I prefer a cleansing milk to do that as the wipes kind of leave me with a clammy feeling afterwards. |

Wow! Great tip! My Mum uses baby wipes to sanitize surfaces, but I never thought of using it for makeup removal purposes. Makes a lot of sense really. Come to think of it, the makeup removal clothes/wipes smell and feel a lot like baby wipes , but more expensive! |

I use MAC wipes to remove all my make-up including mascara. I love this stuff!! Especially when i'm out late at night and come back home and am too lazy to wash my face. I just use MAC wipes to take off all my make-up before i sleep. |

I use Baby Wipes too... non fragrant ones. I rinse it out a couple of times with water, squeeze out the water and use it to wipe off cleansing milk olr cleansing gel.
I much prefer the size of the wipes than cotton pads and it feels great on the skin. |
