I try to give my skin a break when I'm at home and not wear sunscreen- I work from home from my computer a lot.
Skincareaddicted posted an article on flouresent lights and damage to the skin.
What if I'm working at my computer but the room light is not on. DO I still need sunscreen then? Aack! |

No sunscreen for me when I'm in doors, in front of the computer or not, until there's widespread evidence this is a problem. I think my skin would benefit more from an opportunity to breathe, especially since most sunblocks and sunscreens are water resistant these days. |

I don't always wear sunscreen whilst i'm in front of the computer, but I have started to wear it more regulary. I work a lot on the computer and so I feel happier knowing I have some protection on. |
