Which slimming gel do you use? I tried the biotherm ones and they are just ok. Any recommendations?

Hello, I have been using Tegor ReAffirm Body and Tegor Slimming Cream since months ago, actually I didnt see much differences.
Since a week ago, I started using Maxwell Slimming Salt, it is a type of exfoliation, I really like it, I can see that it really works. My mom agrees too. I have my arms slimmed down for one inch (I know it is not much). That's why I also add arm exercise in my daily regimen to faster the results. I need more time before I could say anything further.

Hello, Appledaily, you are most welcome. I get mine in local pharmacy, Guardian (I am from Asia). It is from the brand 'Total Image'. Maybe you can obtain sample from its website. I will keep you updated on my results. Currently, I really could not say further about its effectiveness, give me more weeks.
Oh ya, I only used it once daily as I have no time to do the exfoliation in the morning, I only use it in the night during my shower.
I think exercise helps faster... that's why I would suggest that at the same time you must exercise your arms daily, both biseps and triseps. Here is the link that our wonderful forumers replied to me, maybe you could read as a reference:
