I just picked up the "Allure: Confessions of a Beauty Editor" book last night and I just had to share ... it's awesome!!! You know all those great tips they have in the magazine ... well, picture a book full of 'em! Lots of nice big pictures too, and pictures of how-to's, etc.
Well worth the purchase if anyone likes that kind of thing. I can't wait to read through it.  |

I saw her on Tyra last week.. I already knew a lot of what she said on the show, but did learn a few things.. Of course I'm blanking on what they were at the moment... I DVR's the show, I should watch it again.. Glad to know you like the book and it's worth it!
Be sure to post any good tips you find. . |

I am going to have to check that one out! I know I LOVE my Bobbi Brown book. I even bought the teen beauty one for my kid sister.
I saw that episode of Tyra and I'm glad someone got the book becuase I've been thinking about getting it. Now I def. want it.  |

Well I'm embarassed to say that it's still sitting in my pile of books to read (along with the new Stephen King book I bought (who I LOVE) and I still haven't read either)! I haven't picked it up again since I first took that browse through it. I keep thinking "oh this weekend I'll take some time to read" and haven't yet. One day!  |
