In switching over to more natural products, I started using jojoba oil on a cotton ball to take off my eye makeup. A couple of mascaras I've tried recently made my eyelashes very crunchy (aack!) so makeup remover was extra important. But the oily feeling was never something I liked with just straight-up jojoba, and it made my eyes feel all blurry, even after washing sometimes. Plus, I sometimes feel really lazy at the end of the day. Smile

So I decided to add these Logona eye makeup remover pads to an order last month, and I am so pleased! The cotton pads are disk-shaped (maybe about the size of a peanut butter jar lid in diameter) and very thin. But they are soft and effective! I was worried when I first opened the container because they seemed almost dried out -- I was used to "wet" makeup pads/cloths. But these turn out to be just perfect in practice: they have just enough moisture to "melt" the makeup but not so much that I *have* to wash my face after using. One pad is enough for both eyes (I wear eye shadow too).

In terms of their "naturalness," they aren't perfect, but the main ingredients are water, grapeseed oil, and soybean oil. There are no parabens, and while the ingredient list contains alcohol, I haven't found them to be drying at all. I've already ordered a second jar! I haven't tired the Logona facial wipes (as my skin usually needs a more thorough cleansing), but these make my evening cleansing routine that much easier!

Ingredients:
Aqua (Water), Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil*, Glycerin, Alcohol*, Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Parfum (Essential Oil), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil*, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil*, Rosa Canina Fruit Extract*, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, Hydrogenated Palm Glycerides Citrate, Tocopherol, Limonene, Linalool, Geraniol, Citronellol, Citral

Thank you for the review. The only good eye makeup remover pads that I have tried so far were the Andrea Eye Q's. The Swisspers were absolutely horrible and have put me off eye makeup remover pads for a while.

You mention that the Logona ones are not very wet. Do you find that you have to rub the eye area much to get the makeup off or is it more a case of press against the eye and wipe away in one movement? TIA!

What's great about these is that they don't require rubbing, more of the press and wipe away as you described -- I do that a couple times on each eye and it's all gone. I really was surprised by how they feel fairly dry but then clean off all my makeup beautifully. I like that they're "dry" enough that I can just take off my eye makeup after work and not feel like I have to wash my whole face because of any oily residue. I hope you like them if you try them!
