| This is my second bottle - I just opened it. The oil got stuck in the dropper - perhaps because of the cold. Left it outside at room temperature all day and it's still stuck! This happened with my first bottle too, basically now the dropper doesn't suck or dispense much, what to do? |

| It's quite possible the oil solidified. Try warming it up (not too hot) and see if it "melts" |

Dear Faithtruth,
I also had issues with the dropper and the tickness of the emu. My particular emu oil had other issues, so I am in the process of exchanging it, but I did notice tht after a couple of days the oil was much more liquified. It takes a while to settle down, just wait and it should be fine.
I also do not think the dropper mechanism is a wise choice for emu products in general; it doesn't make sense.

| I totally agree with you......I emailed Dremu already to tell them about this and complain about the dropper. It's so annoying that I'm going to try other brands of emu on my next refill |
