A long search has come to an end for me. I have normal to combination skin and my problem has always been to get a foundation which stays well on my skin. Primer type products containing silicon just makes my skin oilier, so I never bother with them.
The Revlon One-Step Compact Makeup has an incredible texture. It is creamy, but light and blendable and the colours are great. I use 05 Natural Beige which is balanced with pink and yellow pigments and slightly sunkissed in tone.
It is easy to adjust the coverage by applying more in certain areas and I do not need a concealer when I use this. The finish is matte, but natural. In fact, it looks like great skin rather than great makeup.
It is oil free, non comodogenic and irritant free. I would recommend this to anyone who shares my problem or to anyone who likes their base to be covering yet look natural. The compact is sleek and perfect for the handbag so this would be great for anyone who does their makeup "on the way". I have tried so many brands out there and nothing even comes close to this in texture, finish and staying power. |

| I still cannot find a really good foundation that stays well on my skin. I'd love to use one-step compact make-up. Hope I like this one. |
