After I had my third baby, I have had greasy hair. I did have a throid check and everything is good. I use Pureology shampoo and use MMU. What could it be???? I am going crazy! Thanks! |

I don't know what MMU is, but which Pureology shampoo are you using? I found the Hydrate one (purple bottle) too much moisture for my hair, leaving it limp. Perhaps that's contributing? |

maybe you need a clarifying shampoo. If you have really greasy hair, try using a clarifying shampoo like the one from Nutrogena. Try not to use conditioner, but if you have long hair and must use conditioner to detangle hair knots, then only put conditioner on the ends of your hair.
Do not shampoo every day. I've heard that if you shampoo everyday, your body produces extra oil than it regularly does. |

Thanks! I just started using MMU after the baby and I was wondering if anyone else had oilier skin. Because it is mainly my long bangs that are greasy. |

Carekate posted this on the DIY thread http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=5981 :
Prevent Oily Hair and Scalp: Add 30 drops of Clary Sage oil to your fave bottle of shampoo and/or conditioner to help control the production of sebum (oil), and to help fight dandruff.
I've never tried it but I have been using her tip of added ACV to shampoo as a clarifying treatment and it's working well. |

Janie! Quit using hair products for a while and see what happens. Just shampoo twice and condition the ends only. HTHs! |

Thanks. I have to wash my hair every day because I run but I did stop using the Pureology for two days and I do see an improvement. Now I need a new shampoo for colored hair! |
