No night creams!

I'm using the full dr H skincare routine and I'm finding it really difficult to go without a night cream. Anyone else found it difficult? My skin look dry and flaky without one.

I found it difficult on the beginning but got used to it after a little while. I always still used eye cream but not the night creams. I have normal skin though so if your skin is dry to begin with, this might be more difficult and I'm not all that sure that that aspect of the Dr H regime is suitable for all skins, or at least some might have to ease into it rather than jumping right in. Are you using the rhythmic night conditioner?

Thanks Mabsy, I've ordered the rhythmic night stuff but it's not come yet. I normally have combination skin but it's gone a bit dry. I'll see how that works when it arrives.
