I'm using the full dr H skincare routine and I'm finding it really difficult to go without a night cream. Anyone else found it difficult? My skin look dry and flaky without one. |

I found it difficult on the beginning but got used to it after a little while. I always still used eye cream but not the night creams. I have normal skin though so if your skin is dry to begin with, this might be more difficult and I'm not all that sure that that aspect of the Dr H regime is suitable for all skins, or at least some might have to ease into it rather than jumping right in. Are you using the rhythmic night conditioner? |

Thanks Mabsy, I've ordered the rhythmic night stuff but it's not come yet. I normally have combination skin but it's gone a bit dry. I'll see how that works when it arrives. |
