I've decided to start using the dermalogica skin care line thanks to all the helpful information I found on this site! I've also been seeing alot about copper peptides on here and I was wondering if someone may be able to explain what they are and if they would be beneficial to myself, a 25 year old wanting to help fight the signs of aging and just wanting to have healthy skin!! If they would be good for me to use, do you think it would be okay to use it with Dermalogica Active Moist cream? I may add a booster later on but I'll figure that out later!! |

there is a post on CPs in hte library I think and a quick search would come up with loads of stuff. Personally I don't think you can be too old/young to use CPs. They form the basis of my skin routine.
Points to remember are:
They need to be introduced slowly, especially 2nd gen ones
they don't work around acids, so acid toners need 30 mins minimum to neutralise before applying CPs
You also need to make sure you exfoliate regularly.
Most copper addicts (me included) use either a squalene or emu oil to moisturise as well.
Hope that helps |
