These are driving me crazy. They are really the only sure sign of age on me so far but they seem to be getting worse. I'm not ready to start injecting anything in my skin. I've heard of the facial exercise stuff that might help - does anyone know if they work for these lines and what is a good exercise to do for them? Thanks. |

Carol Maggio has some good exercises that DO work for this area. You can get her book from Ebay, Amazon or her site. It is hard to give instructions for these exercises without seeing the book or a video.
I use Facial Flex. It helps to keep my lower face tone (especially the jawline). |
