http://www.newbeauty.com/
I bought a copy three weeks ago, and have forgotten to recommend it to Forum members. It's content contains information about skincare (products & technology) and cosmetic procedures.
There are no fluffy articles or insignificant content such as How To Know if He Really Likes You, Bedroom Seductress, or Know Your Colour Aura. |

I bought this magazine for the first time a few weeks back myself and really enjoyed it. There was a lot of great information and pictures with no filler fluff like you mentioned.
I did notice that Dr. Brandt and Dr. Perricone were on New Beauty's advisory board so I'm sure the magazine will have nothing but good things to say about their products. |

Good eye, mamawalnut! Still, this makes me want to get it, just to have a publication devoted entirely to skincare issues. Even if I don't agree 100% with what they publish, it would be interesting. Glad to hear some EDS feedback -- I'd spotted this a while ago but never checked it out, and now I think I will. Thanks! |

I flipped through it somewhere and was afraid that it was a lot of articles promoting Botox, face lifts and that kind of thing. Right or wrong? |

I think the price is ridiculous, and it's basically a bunch of ads presented as magazine articles. I've gotten it free a couple of times with promos like at Shecky's Girl's Night Out. I'll read it if it's given to me, but I wouldn't pay for it. |

While I like it also, and appreciate the more technical info, it seemed very glossy, like it may just be one huge paid advertisement. I still get it when I can find it (apparently they just celebrated their 1 yr anniversary w/ Heidi Klum on the cover). I continue to have some doubts about the authenticity of the info/products it pushes though. |

I have read it a few times. Its always the same thing they talk about every time its published. Dont get me wrong I love flicking through it and reading it, but theres almost nothing new, and lots of ads! Still Im a sucker for beauty magazines so will continue to buy it! |

Hi, I have subscribed to this for about a year now. Agree, it has so many ads, but I still enjoy this magazine. |

I purchased a copy of this a few weeks ago and while I really enjoyed the articles, it seemed like there was nothing new in it that I haven't already learned about here on EDS For someone new to the skincare game, however, this would be a great buy even though was too much emphasis on surgical procedures, botox, and the like. The last 1/5 in an otherwise heavy magazine were taken up by doctors ads -had I known that, I probably wouldn't have purchased it. |

I bought it a year ago. It comes every quarter. I think they only talk about the product line and sometimes discuss about botox.
Don't u all think EDS have information more than that magazine? |
