Bottom line-I got this in the corrective yellow shade for my under eye area to conceal light circles. While I did like this product a lot, it was a bit too dark for my very pale skin. I know that this is meant to be layered under foundation (as it is a corrective shade) but I was hoping for a good color match so I could wear this and nothing else. I want to try the lightest shade (non-corrective) to see if that might do the trick. Anyway, this does conceal very nicely and looks VERY natural (as do all of the Organic wear products). It is also very moisturizing without being greasy and seemed to have great staying power. At 6.99 USD, its worth a try.

Bottom line-I LOVE THIS POWDER!!! Its really everything I have always wanted, mattifying, evens out skin tone, minimizes pores and feels weightless. The best part is it looks so incredibly natural, I cant stress enough how much this looks and feels like a second skin. Totally un-makeup-y! Bottom line- Another winner! This is meant to be applied as a veil or setting powder for the TM or loose/pressed powder, can also be worn alone. Just like the loose powder this is so finely milled it just melts into your skin leaving you with the most natural look. I use this during the day for touch ups after blotting. Although it does contain mica, this isn't shimmery or sparkly. It does however, give that much sought after "soft focus finish". Its surprisingly the best finishing powder I have ever used. This is also available in 3 bronzing shades for those who desire. (I purchased this in "translucent")
I am not normally one who wears drugstore MU, with all the money I spend on skincare, I don't want to risk putting MU on that will muck it up, so, I was really surprised that I even tried this line. All the products are reasonably priced and really seem to deliver on the promises...and then some. Each time I use the loose powder and veil, I fall in love with them more and more, I haven't used my beloved Alima. It looks so heavy in comparison.
All of the coverage is pretty sheer, in a good way, so if you have a lot to cover up this brand might not be the best option for you. Unless you want to conceal first with a heavily pigmented concealer. I have also used both powders on and around my eyes without getting that creepy look that most powders will create.
I cant wait to try the pressed powder and the blushes and will report back when I do! All in all fantastic products at a fantastic price, highly recommended!
The only thing I cannot stand is the packaging for the loose powder and veil, big and clunky and the brushes are scratchy. I plan on just repacking them into something that travels better since I use my own brushes anyway.
For reference I have oily, acne-prone skin with large pores. |

Great review, Vonstella. I bought this too from my local drugstore in my search for a decent bismuth-free MMU. It's still in the bag in my closet as I have two other bismuth-free MMUs that I have been trying, but you've motivated me to get on it!  |

I also have bought the yellow corrective concealer-unfortunately it didn't work for me.It creases in all of the tiniest wrinkles.It covers ok though.  |

| Just came to the site to post my review of the Tinted Moisturizer and the conc stick but you have done such a great job all I will say is the Tinted Moisturizer is my new HG! Coverage is fantastic and so is the feel. I love the concealer as well! Great line....RUN do not walk to buy it now. |

I can't believe something so good AND all natural could be found at such a low price!
I have the translucent powder and it is AWESOME. When I've run out of my silken pearl primer powder, I use this stuff under my MMU and it really really really helps keep the oiliness under control. I also have the concealer and tinted moisturizer which are also terrific.
Highly recommend this line. |

Sorry, Vonstella! I just noticed this now... I got the loose powder, the TM and the compact for but haven't opened them yet as I am having second thoughts about the colour. When I tested the Tranlucent Fair on Saturday, I could not even see it on my skin, no matter how much I applied! Love the finish though. How are you finding the colour? Is the match that you are using that close on you too? The Translucent Fair was the only tester they had so I debating what to do.

I guess that's what I like about it! The color is very sheer, at least the trans. Being pale drugstore MU is always too dark but, I like that this is sheer with a slight yellow tint(not too yellow though)-exactly what I need.
Although I wouldn't say this is my HG line it is decently priced, easily accessible and I'm glad I tried it, when I'm out I'll probably try something else. |

Actually there isnt any talc in this line, you may be thinking of the Mineral wear line which is different than the Organic wear.

I have the fair to light TM and it is a good color match....a bit dark for a fair but still works.
I bought the matte finishing veil too and its a HUGE winner. I use it to set my foundation for work and I have no breakthrough shine and my pores seem to disappear. Seriously a must have. I do HATE the packaging though...hard to get the right amount to flow through that scratchy brush so I open teh container and dip my powder brush in it. Wish they would rethink using goat hair...given all the organic and earth friendly ingred's would be nice if they left the animals alone too! |

I have the Organic wear100% Natural Origin Loose Powder. Love this powder for my chin. In that area I have enlarged pores. The loose power fills in the pores nicely. This MM is so light I would never think I had anything on my skin. Sometimes when I am in a rush I just sweep this on my face with a tad of blush and mascara and off I go. Excellent buy.

| For those of you interested, I went into Walgreens and found a special. For 13.99 you could get either a pressed powder and blush, mmu and TM and for 24.99 you could get a kit of concealer, pressed powder and mmu. |

Bluesheart, No I never got the pressed powder, in fact I have stopped using all the products, while I do really like them the insanely high humidity here in TX has already started to mess with my MU(plus I'm already oily on top of it). Last summer it was a struggle constantly fighting MU meltdown. I have since had to switch to a liquid foundation. I still think these are great products though. |

I recently bought the bronzer for light skin from the Organic line and I really like it. The color is very sheer, just enouhg for a healthy glow, and it doesn't look muddy on my light skin. I like using it with a pop of pink on my cheeks (my fave, maybelline pinch-o-pink-- I'm a sucker for anything maybelline).
I do have to say, be careful not to lay the compact down on a wet vanity! Mine got soggy since the compact is wrapped in paper. I sort of like the compact though because its magnetic. And the brush it comes with works in a pinch. |

| I got the translucent medium. I thought that it was too light for my tan skin. And as I put it on, it was kinda light. But I just had to wait and my skin showed through. I was oil free today for 4 hours. I'm pretty oily, so this was good. |

I got the creamy natural that they said was darker than medium and it looked white on me. I've not been able to find the next darker shade. |
