Hello Obagi Users,
I am curious if anybody have been a member with the obagi Inner Circle on the Obagi website? If yes, is it limited to Americans only, because I dont see my States(Canada).
Can you please share what's going on (the Inner Circle)? Thank you.

Mely, I signed up for that too, but so far, I guess I'm not one of the cool kids since I haven't received any sort of communication from them. |

Rocking Robin, good to hear from you . From where are you from?
I cannot even proceed my signing up because Canada is not on the list of the States.
How are you doing with the Obagi Uglies? Today is my 9th day and I got lots of flakes around my mouth area. My office mate ask me today as to what happened to my face and I just told her I am using Obagi. Are you using all the AM & PM products? Did you miss any of them? Are you flaking obviously?
Please let me know, we can go through this together. |

Hey Mely - I'm in Sugar Land, Texas - it's basically a suburb of Houston. What part of Canada are you in? I've been there a couple of times and LOVE it - so beautiful!
I'm still doing the Obagi thing (all of the am/pm products, with Retin-A every 3rd night) - this Friday will be week two. And I'm still flaking and peeling like crazy. Last night after work, I had on a black t-shirt and was lightly rubbing my chin and upper lip. After about 20 minutes, I looked down at my shirt and it looked like I had been caught in a snow storm! Definitely going to avoid black for a while. But I'm not giving up!
In a few months, your officemate will ask you what you did to make your skin so beautiful which will make all of this worthwhile!
Take care! |

I signed up for the inner circle years ago. I have gotten maybe 3 things from them. The first is a little booklet that tells you the nuderm protocol and then maintenance. Then I got an offer for 10% off when the Obagi elastiderm came out, and the last thing was an offer for 10% off when the new neck/chest products came out. That has been it! You are not missing anything. |

What a beautiful name, Sugar Land. I have been to Baltimore, Washington, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Miami, Florida, and New York from all my past cruises. I am from Toronto.
I skip the Blender-Tretinoin last night and my face is a lot better today. I get rid of my flakes by gently massaging with a wash cloth and this really helps. Definitly we're going for the march, no point of return.
Thanks for replying and take care. |

Hello Rileygirl,
Thanks for replying. I know you are one of the very helpful and very supportive on this forum. Just curious to know what's on the Inner Circle Forum, but as from your information, it seems EDS is still the best.
Are you on any Obagi products now for maintenance? Did you do all the obagi Nu-Derm products every day for the 18 weeks? Because I read one post by Queenblubee, that after the inital 4 weeks, there's a maintenance phase to follow. Thanks in advance.
Take care! |

Hi, Mely. I was never able to get on the inner circle forum, as it was not working! They used to have a great forum on the obagi website, but they seem to have shut it down. I am not sure if it is running now or not.
Yes, I used the Obagi products every day for 18 weeks. I also used the correct amounts of each product - very important for the best results. Obagi protocol is 18 weeks, and then maintenance. There maybe some docs that put a patient on obagi for 4 weeks before a procedure, but otherwise, the standard is 18 weeks.
I am not using any Obagi products right now. I just am starting to use Karin Herzog. I have been all over the board since Obagi, trying all sorts of products! Have not landed on 1 that I am in love with yet.
Keep on Obagi, you will really love your results. Try to take before, during, and after pics if you can (even just for yourself and not public). It will really motivate you to keep at it. Good luck! |

Hi Mely09,
I've been totally swamped at work so I haven't had much time for EDS. I've kept up with the regimen, although I did skip one PM and one AM session because I had an interview Tuesday morning. Didn't want the first impression to be, "Gosh, does that girl have a skin disease?"
Anyway, I'm only doing the Retin-A every other night so far. One weekend, I did it 2 days in a row. My skin definitely got irritated and I broke out a bit on my cheeks and forehead. I generally don't break out so it definitely was the Retin-A. I'm thinking that after my skin gets more used to it, I'm going to try VegasObagi's method of 2 days straight, then 3 days straight, and see how it goes.
I started on 4/1 so I guess I'm on day 17. My skin doesn't really burn anymore when I put on products, but the flaking/peeling continues. I'm noticing that some sunspots look a bit darker and browner, which I'm hoping is because they are coming to the surface and will flake away soon. Regardless, I'm determined to finish what I've started! It's strange, but I'm kinda enjoying the ritual of it all. Who knew? |

Hi Aewang,
Good luck on your interview.
If the sunspots getting browner and darker, it means it's working, so don't worry. That's what happend to me too. My skin is getting used to it now 'coz I am not that red anymore, except some little flaking on my chin and around mouth areas.
I am kind of getting to the ritual too which at first am thinking of too many things to apply on my face especially in the morning. |
